White Wolves

In 1994 a new neo-Nazi group would form. This time it would be organized differently featuring a leaderless structure, known as White Wolves. The group instead issued a 15-page manifesto called “The Blueprint of Terror.” It was published by an anonymous source, which most believe is David Myatt. Others believe they are an off shoot of Combat 18.

This manifesto contained information on how to build bombs, urging members to build their own types of neo-Nazi terror cells. It’s believed that White Wolves inspired the 1999 London nail bombings.

While White Wolves was a short lives neo-Nazi group, it has been using as the inspiration for how ISIS and other extremist groups organize so called leaderless structures.
