After World War One, Germany was forced to give up much of its territory. Along with this was the creation of a new political state known as Poland, which gained much of Germany’s old territory. Along with its new territory, Poland also acquired multiple pockets of ethnic German populations.

The Pols were not kind to the Germans living in their country, much like Israel is to the Palestinians. There were horrific events like murders, rapes and robberies. Hitler had to do something. Between May 2nd, 1933, and January 27th, 1934, there were many negotiations between Warsaw and Berlin to resolve these issues, yet none of them proved to be fruitful.
As the years went on, so did this aggression between Pols and Germans, which led to military action being the only coarse of action that the German government felt safe with. However, Germany wasn’t alone. The Soviets were also trying to gain more territory, and Hitler knew this. The only thing was the Soviets, and the German had two different ideologies. The Soviet Union was also controlled by the Jews at this time, which just declared war on Germany six years prior.
In August 1939, a pact was signed between the Soviets and Germany, that they would both invade Poland. This was a very odd alliance that wouldn’t last long afterwards. This would also be the start of World War Two.
